How to use the VCard?
after downloading the vcard and saving it on your computers hard drive you may directly add it to you Outlook address book or send it to your mobile telephone. Save the file on your hard drive. Then open your outlook (menu->Files -> Import/export...) and choose the saved file and add it to your contacts. You may also send it directly via bluetooth or infrared on your mobile phone.
